Step 1: Inspection
We begin with a thorough inspection of your property—inside, outside, attic, crawlspace, roofline, and yard. We look for entry points, droppings, damage, nesting materials, tracks, and food sources. We identify which animal is present, how long the activity has been occurring, and what needs to be done to resolve it safely and effectively.

Once we confirm the species and their access points, we create a customized removal or trapping plan. Depending on the animal, this may include humane traps, one-way doors, deterrents, or hand removal. We follow all local regulations and check traps frequently to ensure fast, ethical removal. Our goal is to clear the infestation as quickly and safely as possible.

To keep animals from returning, we seal all entry points with durable, wildlife-proof materials. This may involve screening vents, reinforcing gaps, installing chimney caps, sealing rooflines, or adding protective barriers. We also provide recommendations to reduce attractants, like food sources or habitat issues around the property.

Pricing
In general, pricing is a setup fee of $150 and a fee of $50 per catch day.
A “catch day” is any day we capture one or more animals.
Example: On Monday, we inspect your property for mole activity and set traps for a $150 setup fee. On Tuesday, if we catch three moles, that counts as a catch day and the fee is $50. If we return on Wednesday or Thursday and no moles are caught, there’s no charge for those days.
We have no hidden fees, no mileage charges, and no per-animal costs. Larger properties may require a higher setup fee, which we’ll always discuss with you first.
